- Clean Lid and Paddles: The lid and paddles are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the frother unit and the power supply base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the frother unit or power supply base in water.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your NELO Electric Milk Frother, please refer to the following table:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Frother does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet issue; frother not properly seated on base. | Check power cord connection; try a different outlet; ensure frother is correctly placed on its base. |
| Milk not frothing or heating properly. | Incorrect paddle used; milk level too high/low; type of milk; frother needs cleaning. | Ensure frothing paddle is used for foam; check milk levels (between MIN and MAX frothing line); some milk types (e.g., skim, oat, almond) froth differently; clean the frother thoroughly. |
| Overflow during operation. | Milk filled above MAX level. | Always ensure milk is filled below the appropriate MAX level indicator for frothing or heating. |
| Unusual noise during operation. | Paddle not properly installed; foreign object inside. | Ensure paddle is securely seated; check for any obstructions and remove them. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact NELO Customer Service.
