1. Introduction
This machine is used to warm up hot dogs and buns by steaming. The hot dog steamer makes it easy to prepare delicious hot dogs. This equipment is easy to clean and operate. It will be ideal for use in rental shops, convenience stores, vending carts, food restaurants, snack bars, or many others.

3. Safety
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or if the machine is malfunctioning or damaged. Send the unit to the nearest authorized service center for examination and repair.
- This equipment uses cable model YZW, specifications 3×1mm², with a yellow-green ground wire.
- The voltage of this machine is written on the rating plate at the side of the machine.
- Place the machine on a flat and stable surface. Connect with DX47-63, C16 Leakage air switch and a three-prong plug.
- This appliance must be grounded while in use to protect the operator from electrical shock.
- Unplug the main power cord from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool, clean, and cover the unit, and store it in a dry and safe place if not being used for a long time.
- To avoid any risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, or machine into water or other liquid.
- This appliance must be grounded to ensure safety.
Note: Water level protection will shut down machine power when the machine lacks water. Turn off the machine and refill water first, then you can turn the machine on.
CAUTION: NEVER immerse in water or near water. The machine surface can be HOT; please do not touch to avoid injury.
4. Electrical Schematic
The electrical schematic illustrates the internal wiring of the hot dog steamer. It includes connections for Line (L), Neutral (N), and Earth (E). Key components are: ST1 (Thermostat), Q-S (Limit the warm), PT (Switch), HL1 (Indicator light), and EH1 (Electric heat pipe). The power supply is AC 220V/50Hz.
5. Before Use
- This appliance should be connected with a Leakage DZ121/1N, with a leakage current of 15mA.
- The machine should be stored in a dry and safe place, below 40°C.
- Place the machine on a flat and stable surface, with a tilt of less than 3°.
- The water level must never exceed 2/3 of the water box height and never be less than 1/3.
6. Transportation and Maintenance
Handle the glass inside the machine with care during transportation. Do NOT use outdoors. Store in a dry and safe place after use. Please do not place the machine upside down. Do not install near water or in water.
7. Operation
- Close the drain valve.
- Please unplug the power cord before adding water. Turn off the drain valve, remove the glass door and steam plate. Pour clean water into the water box. The water level must never exceed 2/3 of the water box height and never be less than 1/3.
- Install the steam plate and glass door back.
- Place hot dogs on the steam plate and buns on the bread plate. Close the glass door.
- Plug in the power cord. Turn on the power switch and set the temperature controller to 50-60°C.
- After 10 minutes, warm and fresh hot dogs will be ready for your service.
- Note: Water level protection will shut down heat power. Please unplug the machine and refill water.
- The machine needs to be cleaned every day.
- Please ensure the water level is never less than 1/3 before use.
- If the equipment is not used for a long time, please drain all water to prevent it from going bad.

9. Assembly Cue
The assembly steps guide the user through preparing the hot dog steamer:
- Begin with the main steamer unit.
- Add water to the designated water tank.
- Insert the steaming plates into the unit.
- Place the bun warming plates into the unit.
- Attach the glass doors to complete the assembly.
- The assembled unit is now ready for operation.
