5. Operating Instructions
Your Flysky UK7022BK Executive Chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.
5.1. Height Adjustment
To adjust the chair's height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While holding the lever, stand up to raise the chair or remain seated to lower it. Release the lever at the desired height.
5.2. Tilt Function and Tension
The chair features a tilt function allowing the backrest and seat to recline together. Pull the lever on the left side of the seat outwards to unlock the tilt. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.
To adjust the rocking tension, turn the round knob located under the front of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
5.3. Foldable Armrests
The padded armrests can be folded upwards to save space or allow the chair to be pushed closer to a desk. Simply lift the armrests to fold them up.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps prolong the life and appearance of your chair.
- Cleaning: Wipe fabric surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. For the base and plastic parts, use a soft, dry cloth.
- Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Casters: Clean casters regularly to remove hair and debris that may hinder smooth movement.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your chair, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Chair does not adjust height | Gas lift cylinder malfunction or lever not engaged. | Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully pulled. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement. |
| Chair wobbles | Loose screws or uneven floor. | Check and tighten all assembly screws. Ensure the chair is on a flat, even surface. |
| Casters do not roll smoothly | Debris in casters or damaged casters. | Remove any hair or debris from the caster wheels. If damaged, casters may need replacement. |
| Chair squeaks | Loose connections or friction between parts. | Tighten all screws. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts if necessary. |
