3. Setup Instructions

3.1. Aquarium LED Light Installation

  1. Unpack the Light: Carefully remove the LED light and its components from the packaging.

  • Switching Modes: Short press the 'M' button repeatedly to cycle between Daytime Mode and Night Mode.
  • Adjusting Intensity (Daytime Mode): In Daytime Mode (all lights on), press the 'W' button to adjust the brightness of the white and red LEDs. Press the 'B' button to adjust the brightness of the blue LEDs. There are 6 intensity levels for each.
  • Adjusting Intensity (Night Mode): In Night Mode (only blue light on), press the 'B' button to adjust the luminance of the blue LEDs. There are 6 intensity levels.

4.2. 6-in-1 Aquarium Test Strips Usage

These test strips measure pH, Chlorine, Nitrate, Nitrite, Carbonate, and Hardness.

  1. Collect Water Sample: Fill the provided test tube or a clean container with a sample of your aquarium water.
  2. Immerse Strip: Take one test strip from the bottle. Fully immerse all 6 pads of the strip into the water sample for 2 seconds.
  3. Remove and Wait: Remove the strip from the water and shake off any excess water. Lay the strip flat on a clean, dry surface. Wait for 60 seconds for the colors to develop.
  4. Compare Results: Compare the colors on the test strip pads with the detailed color chart provided on the test strip bottle. Interpret the results for each parameter.
