Control Panel Functions:

Setup
Powering the Boombox:

AC Operation:
- Ensure the unit is turned off.
- Connect the supplied AC power cord to the AC input jack on the back of the boombox.
- Plug the other end of the AC power cord into a standard wall outlet (100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz).
DC (Battery) Operation:
- Ensure the unit is turned off.
- Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the unit.
- Insert 4 x R14/Size C dry batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Alkaline batteries are recommended for best performance.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Operating Instructions
CD Playback:

- Lift the CD compartment door.
- Important: Remove any protective cardboard from the CD lens before inserting a CD.
- Place a CD (CD, CD-R/RW, HDCD, WMA, MP3 CD, or audiobook CD) onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
- Gently close the CD compartment door.
- Press the FUNCTION selector to choose 'CD' mode.
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to begin playback.
- Use the SKIP/SEARCH buttons to navigate between tracks.
- Press the STOP button to end playback.
Programming CD Tracks:
- In CD mode, with the CD stopped, press the PROGRAM button.
- The display will show 'P01'. Use the SKIP/SEARCH buttons to select the desired first track.
- Press PROGRAM again to confirm and move to 'P02'.
- Repeat to program up to 20 tracks.
- Press PLAY/PAUSE to start programmed playback.
FM Radio:
- Press the FUNCTION selector to choose 'FM' mode.
- Rotate the FM TUNING SELECTOR on the side of the unit to manually tune to a desired station.
- To auto-scan and save stations: Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE button. The radio will scan and save up to 20 available stations.
