4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Baybee Bronco Jeep. An assembly video is provided below for visual guidance.

  1. Attach Wheels: Securely attach all four wheels to the axles. Ensure the assembly order of hardware is: wheel, washer, and finally bolt. Tighten the bolts firmly. Repeat for all wheels.
  2. Fix Wheel Covers: Press the wheel covers onto the wheels until they click into place.
  3. Connect Steering Wheel Wire: Locate the multi-plug protruding from the steering console. Connect the steering wheel wire to this multi-plug.
  4. Attach Steering Wheel: Carefully slide the steering wheel onto its shaft. Ensure the wire is threaded back through the console once connected to prevent damage.
  5. Connect Front Windshield Light: Connect the wire from the front windshield light to the corresponding connector on the vehicle's body.
  6. Attach Front Windshield: Align the front windshield with the relative gaps on the bonnet and press firmly until it is securely in place.
  7. Connect Reflectors (Side Mirrors): Attach the side mirrors to their designated slots on both sides of the vehicle.
  8. Assemble Top Light Set: Thread the wire attached to the light bar through the support arms and secure the lights to the bar.
  9. Attach Top Light Set: Thread the wire from the assembled top light bar through the hole above the rear wheel and attach the light bar assembly to the rear roll bar.
  10. Connect Top Light: Connect the wire from the top light bar to the corresponding connector inside the vehicle's body.
  11. Connect Battery Terminal: Locate the battery compartment and connect the battery terminal to the multi-plug.
  12. Install Seat: Slide the seat onto the brackets and secure it with screws on both sides.
