This video provides a step-by-step visual demonstration of the installation process for the Sunrosa Double Sliding Shower Door, covering measurement, cutting, mounting hardware, and final adjustments.
4.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Verify Package Contents: Ensure all parts listed in your product's packing list are present and undamaged.
- Wall Condition: Confirm that shower walls are plumb and structurally sound to support the door's weight.
- Latest Instructions: If you have received printed instructions, please check the manufacturer's website or contact support for the latest electronic version of the installation instructions, as updates may occur.
4.2 Installation Steps
Measure and Calculate: Measure the shower opening width (L) between finished walls. Calculate the required Header Bar length (L - 16mm) and Anti-Splash Threshold length (L - 4mm).

Figure 3: Measuring the shower opening.
Cutting & Finishing: Push the buffer assembly clear of the cut zone. Cut the Header Bar and Anti-Splash Threshold to the calculated lengths using a hacksaw. Deburr all cut edges with a metal file.
Marking and Drilling Wall Brackets: Peel the backing film from the Measuring Tool [07] (if included), apply it vertically to the wall, positioned 10mm from the edge. Ensure it is level, then mark the two drilling points. Repeat on the opposite wall. Drill at the marked points with a 6mm (1/4 in.) drill bit and insert Wall Anchors [11].
Secure Wall Brackets: Align Wall Bracket [09] with the wall's pre-drilled holes and secure using ST4x35 screws [10]. Repeat on the opposite wall.
Position Header Bar: Position Header Bar [01], check with a level, then secure the included decorative cover using Allen key [16]. Loosen the screws on both buffer assemblies at Header Bar [01]'s ends. Adjust to maintain 40mm clearance from the wall (measured from screw edge as shown), then retighten.

Figure 4: Header Bar and Roller Assembly.
Install Anti-Splash Threshold: Apply silicone sealant to the bottom of Anti-Splash Threshold [03], align it 10mm from the edge, then press firmly onto the floor.
Install Bottom Guide: Locate the shower opening's centerline, align Bottom Guide [14]'s midline to this mark, then trace drilling point through the guide hole. Drill at the marked point with a 6mm (1/4 in.) drill bit and insert Wall Anchor [11]. Secure Bottom Guide [14] with ST4x25 screws [13], then cover with Cap [12].
Install Rollers on Door Panels: Disassemble Rollers [18], then install them onto the top of Door Panel [06A] (Note: Ensure the arrow marking points downward). Install rollers onto the Door Panel [06B].
Hang Door Panels: Lift Door Panel [06A] and hang it onto the Header Bar. Insert the door into the Bottom Guide, engaging the innermost slot (shower-side position). Lift Door Panel [06B] and hang it onto the Header Bar, engaging the outermost slot of the Bottom Guide.
Install Anti-Jump Rollers: Insert Anti-Jump Rollers [19] diagonally into their designated holes, then secure them with Allen key [17].
Attach Water Seals: Attach two Impact-Resistant Water Seals [05] to both side edges of each door panel.
Install Handles: Install the Handles [08] using the Allen key [16]. Mount one handle on the interior side and the other handle on the exterior side of each door panel.

Figure 5: Towel Bar Handle Installation.
Adjust Bumper Protrusions: Slide the bumper protrusions at both ends of the Header Bar horizontally toward the center of the shower door. If not pushed over, it's easy to get damaged.

Figure 6: Soft-Close Mechanism.
Vertical Alignment: Verify the vertical alignment of the door panel. If misaligned: 1. Loosen screws on all rollers and anti-jump rollers. 2. Adjust the roller with a wrench until the door panel is properly aligned, then tighten the roller screws. 3. Adjust the anti-jump roller position with the wrench, ensuring its arrow marking aligns with the arrow on the main roller. Once adjusted, tighten the anti-jump roller screws. Finally, install the decorative covers over both the rollers and anti-jump rollers.
Final Sealing: Apply silicone sealant to all floor-contact junctions. Must wait 24 hours before using the shower. Do not allow water to directly spray the door.
5. Operation
The Sunrosa Frameless Double Sliding Shower Door features a smooth-gliding soft-close system for effortless operation. Both glass panels are designed to slide, allowing for flexible entry and exit from either side.
- To open or close the door, gently push or pull the integrated towel bar handle.
- The soft-close mechanism will engage as the door approaches its closed position, ensuring a quiet and controlled closure.
- Avoid forcing the doors or applying excessive pressure, as this can affect the smooth operation of the rollers and soft-close system.
6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shower door.
6.1 Glass Cleaning
The tempered glass features an easy-clean nano coating to resist water spots and stains.

Figure 7: Easy-Clean Nano Coating on Glass.
- Wipe down glass panels with a soft cloth or squeegee after each use to prevent water spot buildup.
- For deeper cleaning, use a non-abrasive glass cleaner or a solution of white vinegar and water.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the nano coating and glass surface.
6.2 Hardware and Frame Cleaning
- Clean the brushed nickel frame and hardware with a soft, damp cloth.
- For stubborn spots, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for brushed nickel finishes.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, or bleach, as these can corrode or discolor the finish.
6.3 Roller and Track Maintenance
- Periodically inspect the rollers and tracks for any debris or buildup that might hinder smooth operation.
- Clean the tracks with a small brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and soap residue.
- If rollers become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the moving parts, avoiding contact with the glass.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Door does not slide smoothly. | Debris in tracks, misaligned rollers, or worn rollers. | Clean tracks thoroughly. Check roller alignment (refer to installation step 14). If rollers are worn, contact customer support for replacements. |
| Water leaks from the bottom or sides of the door. | Improperly installed seals, insufficient silicone sealant, or damaged seals. | Ensure all seals are correctly positioned and undamaged. Reapply silicone sealant to floor-contact junctions if necessary, allowing 24 hours to cure. Replace damaged seals. |
| Door panels are not vertically aligned. | Rollers or anti-jump rollers require adjustment. | Refer to installation step 14 for detailed instructions on adjusting rollers and anti-jump rollers. |
| Soft-close mechanism not functioning correctly. | Bumper protrusions not correctly positioned or mechanism damaged. | Ensure bumper protrusions are slid horizontally towards the center of the door (refer to installation step 13). If the mechanism is damaged, contact customer support. |
