2. Attaching Hoses and Adapters

Select the appropriate hose and adapter for your task:

  • For High Pressure (e.g., Tires, Balls): Use the high pressure hose. Connect the hose to the designated high-pressure port on the unit by twisting it securely. Select the correct adapter (tire valve, ball needle) from the storage compartment and attach it to the end of the high pressure hose.
  • For High Volume (e.g., Air Mattresses, Floats): Use the low pressure (larger diameter) hose. Connect it to the high-volume port on the unit. Choose the appropriate air bed adapter or other large inflatable adapter and attach it to the hose.

1. General Operation

  • Power On/Off: Use the main power switch (usually a rocker switch) to turn the unit on or off.
  • Digital Display: The digital screen will show the current pressure or the preset target pressure.
  • PSI Adjustment: Use the "PSI +" and "PSI -" buttons to set your desired pressure. The unit will automatically shut off once this pressure is reached.
  • LED Light: Activate the integrated LED light using its dedicated switch to illuminate your work area, especially useful in low-light conditions.

2. Inflating Items

  1. Connect the appropriate hose and adapter to the inflator and the item to be inflated.
  2. For high-pressure inflation (tires, balls), set the desired PSI using the +/- buttons.
  3. Press the "POWER" button to begin inflation. The unit will stop automatically when the preset PSI is reached.
  4. For high-volume inflation (air mattresses, floats), ensure the correct hose is connected. The unit will inflate continuously until manually turned off or the item is full.
  5. Once inflation is complete, turn off the unit and disconnect the hose from the item.

3. Deflating Items (High Volume Only)

  1. Connect the low pressure (larger diameter) hose to the deflation port on the unit (if applicable, consult unit markings for specific port).
  2. Attach the other end of the hose to the item you wish to deflate.
  3. Turn on the unit. The high volume pump will begin to draw air out of the item.
  4. Monitor the deflation process and turn off the unit once the item is sufficiently deflated.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the unit is dry before storage.
  • Storage: Store the inflator/deflator and all accessories in the provided tool bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure hoses are not kinked during storage.
  • Battery Care: If using a 20V battery, follow the battery manufacturer's instructions for charging and storage. Remove the battery from the unit when not in use for extended periods.
