4. Setup

4.1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Upon receiving your GROWATT HELIOS 3600W, carefully unpack all components. Verify that all included items are present: the power station, AC charging cable, car charging cable, solar charging cable, 5-year Service Card, User Manual, and two rubber feet. 4.2. Initial Charging

It is recommended to fully charge the power station before first use. The unit typically arrives with a partial charge (e.g., 50%).

  1. Connect the AC charging cable to the AC input port on the power station.
  2. Plug the other end of the AC charging cable into a standard wall outlet (120V).
  3. The display will show the input wattage and battery charging status. A full charge from 0% takes approximately 3 hours at 120V.

For faster charging, consider using multiple charging methods simultaneously or a 240V source if available (up to 3600W, 1.5 hours).

4.3. App Setup (myGro APP)
