4. Setup

4.1 Inserting the Essential Oil Refill

  1. Unscrew the cap from the essential oil refill bottle.
  2. Carefully insert the refill bottle into the bottom of the diffuser unit. Ensure it is securely twisted into place.

4.2 Plugging in the Diffuser

Plug the diffuser directly into a standard wall outlet. The device is designed to be compact and discreet.

4.3 Connecting to the SenseFlow App

For full control and customization, download the SenseFlow app from your smartphone's app store.

  1. Scan the QR code located on the essential oil refill bottle or search for "SenseFlow" in your app store.
  2. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your diffuser to your Wi-Fi network.
  3. Once connected, you can manage settings, schedules, and fragrance intensity.

5.1 Manual Control

The diffuser has a power button on the front. Press it to cycle through different intensity levels or to turn the device on/off. Indicator lights will show the current setting.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Replacing Essential Oil Refills

SenseFlow refills are designed for long-lasting aroma, typically up to 120 days depending on usage and intensity settings. When the fragrance diminishes or the bottle is empty:

  1. Unplug the diffuser from the wall outlet.
  2. Carefully twist and remove the empty essential oil refill bottle from the diffuser unit.
  3. Dispose of the empty bottle responsibly.
  4. Unscrew the cap from a new SenseFlow essential oil refill bottle.
  5. Insert the new refill bottle into the diffuser unit and twist securely into place.
  6. Plug the diffuser back into the wall outlet.

6.2 Cleaning

The SenseFlow SF101S diffuser utilizes PureMist technology, which is waterless and does not require regular cleaning of water tanks or internal components. If the exterior of the device becomes dusty, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your SenseFlow diffuser, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
