4. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your SIHOO M59AS office chair.
- Cleaning: For general cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth. For spot cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the mesh fabric and plastic components.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten any loose fasteners to maintain stability and safety.
- Moving the Chair: When moving the chair, lift it rather than dragging it to prevent damage to the casters or floor.
- Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 150 kg.
5. Troubleshooting

| Seat height adjustment not working | Gas lift malfunction or lever not engaged. | Ensure the lever is fully pulled. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement. Contact customer support. |
| Armrests are difficult to adjust or loose | Mechanism obstruction or loose fasteners. | Check for any obstructions. Ensure the armrest attachment screws are tight. |
