Troubleshooting
Before contacting service, review the following common issues and solutions:
- Dishwasher not starting: Check power supply, ensure door is fully closed, and program is selected.
- Poor cleaning results: Verify proper loading, check detergent levels, clean filters, and ensure spray arms are not blocked.
- Water not draining: Inspect the drain hose for kinks or blockages, and clean the filter system.
- Leaks: Check hose connections, door seal, and ensure proper loading to prevent water spray towards the door.
For more complex issues, the Home Connect app allows Bosch technical support to remotely access your dishwasher (with your permission) to diagnose problems and provide guidance. If a remote solution is not possible, a service appointment can be scheduled.
