The DPI indicator light also serves as a battery status indicator. Refer to the product's full software or specific documentation for detailed light patterns indicating battery levels.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To clean your mouse, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the mouse's surface or internal components.
5.2 Battery Care
To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge the mouse when the battery indicator suggests a low level. Store the mouse in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
6. Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is powered on. Check the connection mode (2.4G, BT, Wired) and ensure it matches your computer's connection. For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, re-pair the device. For wired, check the USB-C cable connection.
- Cursor movement is erratic or slow: Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse. Ensure the mousepad or surface is clean and suitable for optical mouse tracking. Check DPI settings and adjust if necessary.
- Mouse not charging: Ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected to both the mouse and the power source. Try a different USB port or charging adapter.
- Bluetooth connection issues: Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Try removing the mouse from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing it. Ensure the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing BT indicator light).
