1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of your Ejoyous 750W Brushless Servo Motor. 2. Safety Instructions

• Electrical Safety: Ensure the motor is connected to a 220V EU standard power outlet. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting. Do not operate the motor with wet hands or in damp conditions.
• Installation: Ensure the motor is securely mounted to a stable surface. Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts, especially the pulley, during operation.
• Operation: Do not overload the motor. If unusual noises or excessive heat occur, immediately turn off the motor and disconnect power.
• Children and Pets: Keep the motor and its components out of reach of children and pets.

4. Setup and Installation

The Ejoyous servo motor features a split design for easier installation. Follow these steps to install the motor on your sewing machine:

1. Mount the Motor: Attach the servo motor to the designated mounting points on your sewing machine table or stand using the provided mounting bolts, hexagonal nuts, and elastic washers. Ensure the motor is securely fastened and aligned with the sewing machine's handwheel. (Note: Some users have reported that the mounting bracket may be slightly narrower than traditional motors, requiring new holes to be drilled. Use the provided screws for this purpose if necessary.)

2. Install the Control Box: Mount the motor control box in a convenient location, typically under the sewing machine table, using the provided self-tapping screws.
3. Connect the Pedal Mechanism: Attach the pedal mechanism to the control box. Connect the pedal connecting rods to the pedal and the sewing machine's existing pedal linkage. Ensure the pedal operates smoothly and returns to its resting position.

4. Connect Motor to Control Box: Plug the motor's cable into the corresponding port on the control box.
5. Connect Power: Plug the control box's power cable into a standard 220V EU power outlet.
6. Final Checks: Before powering on, double-check all connections for security and ensure no cables are pinched or obstructing moving parts.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Flip the power switch on the control box to the 'ON' position. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Adjust Speed: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control box to adjust the desired sewing speed. The speed is continuously adjustable, allowing precise control for various sewing tasks. The display will show the current speed setting.

3. Start/Stop Operation: Press the pedal to start the sewing machine. The motor will respond instantly. Release the pedal to stop. The quick start and stop function helps save energy by preventing idle power consumption.
4. Direction Setting (if applicable): If your machine requires a specific rotation direction, consult the control box's 'Setting' button or refer to the label on the control box for instructions on how to change the motor's rotation direction.
5. Power Off: After use, flip the power switch on the control box to the 'OFF' position and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.

6. Maintenance

The Ejoyous 750W Brushless Servo Motor is designed for long-term, low-maintenance operation due to its brushless design. This eliminates the need for brush replacement, common in traditional motors.

• Cleaning: Periodically wipe the motor and control box with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust and debris. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
• Inspection: Regularly check all cables and connections for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure mounting bolts remain tight.
• Ventilation: Ensure the motor's ventilation holes are not obstructed to prevent overheating.
