Operating Instructions
Voltage and Current Adjustment
- V-COARSE Knob: Use this encoder knob for coarse adjustment of the output voltage. It controls the digits before the decimal point (e.g., 1V, 10V).
- V-FINE Knob: Use this encoder knob for fine adjustment of the output voltage. It controls the digits after the decimal point (e.g., 0.01V, 0.001V).
- A-COARSE Knob: Use this encoder knob for coarse adjustment of the output current. It controls the first two digits of the current display.
- A-FINE Knob: Use this encoder knob for fine adjustment of the output current. It controls the last two digits of the current display.
- Digit Selection: Pressing any of the coarse/fine adjustment knobs allows you to switch between the digits to be adjusted, providing precise control over voltage and current settings (resolution 0.01V/0.001A).
Output Control
- OUT Button: Press this button to toggle the output ON or OFF. This allows you to adjust settings without disconnecting the load or turning off the power supply.
Over Current Protection (OCP)
- OCP Button: Press this button to enter the OCP configuration interface. You can set a maximum current limit. If the output current exceeds this limit, the OCP indicator will flash, and the output will be turned off to protect the connected device.
Output Status Setting (OPN)
- OPN Function: This feature allows the unit to output voltage and current automatically as soon as the power switch is turned on, without needing to press the "OUT" button. To enable/disable, press and hold the "OUT" button for 3 seconds to enter the OPN configuration interface. The OPN indicator will light up when enabled.
USB Charging Ports
- USB-A & USB-C: The front panel includes USB-A and USB-C ports, both supporting 20W fast charging. These are convenient for charging smartphones or powering small electronic modules like Arduino UNO or Raspberry Pi.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ventilation: Ensure the cooling fan and ventilation slots are free from dust and obstructions to maintain proper airflow and prevent overheating.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the power supply in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power/display | Power cord not connected; incorrect input voltage; blown fuse. | Check power cord connection; verify input voltage selector; check/replace fuse (spare fuse inside). |
| No output voltage/current | Output is OFF; OCP activated; faulty test leads. | Press "OUT" button to turn ON; check OCP settings; inspect/replace test leads. |
| Inaccurate readings | Calibration needed; external interference. | Contact customer service for calibration; ensure proper grounding and minimize interference. |
| Fan constantly running/loud | High load/temperature; obstructed ventilation. | This is normal under high load; ensure clear ventilation paths. |
