  2. Camera always asks for username and password, or reports incorrect user:

    A: The default password of the camera is 6666. If you forget the username or password, you can restore the camera to factory settings to revert to the default user name and password.

  3. How to restore camera to factory settings:

    A: Please press the reset button of the camera for about 5 seconds until the camera restarts. The location of the reset button is typically near the TF card slot or on the camera body.

  4. Image is blurred:

    A: First, remove any protective film from the lens. If the image is still not clear, please rotate the camera lens to focus. A clear image can be obtained after proper focusing.
