5. Installation Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and proper installation:
- Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power supply to the installation area is turned off at the circuit breaker.
- Prepare Mounting Plate: Attach the mounting plate to the junction box on your ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Connect Wires: Connect the household electrical wires to the fixture's wires. Typically, connect the live (black) wire to the live wire, the neutral (white) wire to the neutral wire, and the ground (green or bare copper) wire to the ground wire. Use wire nuts to secure connections.
- Attach Fixture to Mounting Plate: Carefully align the fixture with the mounting plate and secure it with the decorative nuts or screws provided. Ensure no wires are pinched.
- Install GU10 Bulbs: Insert GU10 bulbs (not included) into each light head. Gently push and twist the bulb into the socket until it is secure.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete, turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

6. Operating Instructions
After successful installation, operate your AIBOO Track Lighting Kit as follows:
- Power On/Off: Use your wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Adjusting Light Heads: Each light head can be independently rotated 360 degrees horizontally and tilted 90 degrees vertically. Gently adjust the heads to direct light to your desired areas.
- Dimming (Optional): If you have installed dimmable GU10 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, use the dimmer switch to adjust the light intensity.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your lighting fixture:
- Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe the fixture with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
- Bulb Replacement: Disconnect power before replacing bulbs. Allow old bulbs to cool completely. Gently twist and pull out the old GU10 bulb, then insert a new GU10 bulb by pushing and twisting it into the socket.
- Inspection: Periodically check for any loose connections or damaged wiring. If any issues are found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician.
8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
