3. Installation Guide
Warning: Installation should ideally be performed by a qualified professional. Disconnect the vehicle's battery before starting any electrical work. Incorrect installation can damage the unit or your vehicle.
- Remove Original Unit: Carefully use the provided trim tools (crowbar) to pry open the dashboard panels surrounding your original car stereo. Disconnect all wiring harnesses and remove the old unit.
- Connect Wiring: Connect the new power cable, cable plug, camera input cable, USB cables, GPS antenna, and RCA wire harness to the corresponding ports on the Kunfine head unit. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install GPS Antenna: Mount the GPS antenna in a location with a clear view of the sky, typically on the dashboard or under the windshield, away from metal obstructions.
