For optimal gliding performance, ensure you peel off any protective film from the non-slip base of the mouse before use.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Mouse is unresponsive:
    • Ensure the mouse is turned on.
    • Check the battery level and charge the mouse if necessary.
    • Verify the correct connection mode (2.4G, BT1, or BT2) is selected using the Mode Switch Button (5).
    • For 2.4G connection, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
    • For Bluetooth connection, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired correctly. Try re-pairing the mouse.
  • Difficulty switching between Bluetooth devices:
    • While the mouse supports connecting to up to three devices, switching between Bluetooth channels (BT1 and BT2) may sometimes require re-establishing the connection on the previously used channel. If a connection is lost, re-pair the mouse with the device for that specific Bluetooth channel.
  • Cursor movement is erratic or imprecise:
    • Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
    • Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Avoid highly reflective or transparent surfaces.
    • Adjust the DPI setting using the DPI Switch Button (4) to find a comfortable sensitivity.
  • Buttons are not functioning:
    • Ensure the mouse is properly connected and powered on.
    • Test the mouse on a different computer to rule out software or driver issues.
