The ATOTOZONE AC-UTP1 USB TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) External Sensor is designed to provide real-time tire pressure and temperature information directly to your compatible ATOTOZONE Android car stereo. This system enhances driving safety by alerting you to abnormal tire conditions. This manual provides detailed instructions for installation, operation, and maintenance.
2. Product Components
The AC-UTP1 system includes the following components:
- 4 x External Tire Pressure Sensors (labeled FL, FR, RL, RR for Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right)
- 1 x USB Receiver
- 4 x Anti-loss Nuts
- 1 x Special Wrench

3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Sensor Installation
Install the four external sensors on your vehicle's tires according to their designated positions (FL, FR, RL, RR). The position labels are printed on the back of each sensor.
- Remove the original valve cap from the tire valve.
- Screw the anti-loss nut clockwise onto the valve stem until it reaches the base of the valve.
- Screw the corresponding TPMS sensor clockwise onto the valve stem.
- Use the special wrench to tighten the anti-loss nut counter-clockwise against the sensor to secure it.

3.2 USB Receiver Installation
Connect the USB receiver to your ATOTOZONE Android car stereo.
- Connect the USB receiver to an available USB-A port on your ATOTOZONE car stereo.
- Ensure the connection is secure.

3.3 Initial Setup
Once the sensors are installed and the USB receiver is connected, turn on your car stereo. The TPMS application should automatically launch or be accessible from your stereo's app menu. The system will begin displaying real-time tire pressure and temperature data.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Real-time Monitoring
The AC-UTP1 continuously monitors your tire pressure and temperature, displaying the data on your ATOTOZONE Android car stereo's HD screen. This allows for immediate awareness of your tire conditions.
4.2 Customizable Alerts
The system provides customizable alerts for various tire conditions. You can set specific temperature and pressure ranges. If any tire exceeds or falls below these preset values, the system will trigger visual and audible alerts on the screen, regardless of the application currently in use.

4.3 Dual Alert System
To ensure important notifications are not missed, the system provides both visual and audible alerts.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Sensor Battery Replacement
The external sensors are powered by replaceable button cell batteries (BR1225 or CR1225). When a sensor's battery is low, the system will typically indicate this on the display. To replace a sensor battery:
- Unscrew the sensor cap counter-clockwise. If it's difficult to turn, use the special wrench.
- Carefully remove the old button cell battery.
- Insert a new BR1225 or CR1225 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Screw the sensor cap back on clockwise and tighten it securely with the special wrench.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your AC-UTP1 TPMS, consider the following:
- No Signal/Incorrect Readings: Ensure sensors are correctly installed and tightened. Check the USB receiver connection to the car stereo. Verify that the car stereo is compatible and the TPMS app is running.
- Sensor Battery Low: Replace the sensor battery as described in Section 5.1.
- Compatibility Issues: Refer to Section 7 for compatibility information. Ensure your ATOTOZONE head unit is one of the supported models.
