1. Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

The Yizosh Metal Garage Storage Cabinet is shipped in a knock-down structure and requires assembly. Detailed assembly instructions are included in the package. Please follow them carefully. It is recommended to have a clear, spacious area for assembly.

Assembly Steps (General Guidance):

1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list provided in your manual.
2. Begin by assembling the base frame, ensuring all connections are secure.
3. Attach the side panels to the base.
4. Install the back panel to stabilize the structure.
5. Assemble and install the drawer mechanism and the drawer itself.
6. Attach the top panel.
7. Install the doors and adjust hinges for proper alignment.
8. Insert the adjustable shelves at your desired heights.
9. Attach the wheels to the bottom of the cabinet. Ensure the lockable wheels are positioned for easy access.
10. Test the locking mechanism and ensure all doors and the drawer open and close smoothly.

4. Operating Instructions

Adjustable Shelves:

The cabinet features adjustable shelves to accommodate items of various sizes. To adjust a shelf:

1. Empty the shelf of all contents.
2. Carefully lift the shelf and remove the support clips from their current slots.
3. Re-insert the support clips into the desired slots at the new height. Ensure all four clips are securely in place and level.
4. Place the shelf back onto the support clips, ensuring it is stable before loading items.

Locking Mechanism:

The cabinet doors and drawer are equipped with a locking mechanism for security. Two keys are provided. To lock, ensure the doors are fully closed and insert the key into the lock. Turn the key clockwise to lock and counter-clockwise to unlock. Remove the key after locking to prevent loss.

Wheels and Mobility:

The cabinet is fitted with four 360° rotating wheels for easy movement. Two of these wheels are lockable. To move the cabinet, unlock the two lockable wheels. To secure the cabinet in a stationary position, engage the locks on both lockable wheels.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your Yizosh Metal Garage Storage Cabinet, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe the cabinet surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the powder-coated finish.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and fasteners to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Lubrication: If the drawer slides or door hinges become stiff, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant.
• Rust Prevention: Although the cabinet is rust-resistant, avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture or corrosive substances.

Issue: Doors or drawer do not close properly.

• Solution: Ensure the cabinet is placed on a flat, level surface. Check that all assembly hardware is securely tightened. If on wheels, ensure the lockable wheels are engaged.

Issue: Keys are lost or lock is jammed.

• Solution: Keep spare keys in a safe place. If the lock is jammed, do not force it. Contact customer support for assistance.
