Setup

Follow these steps to set up your pressure washer accessories:

  1. Connect the Pressure Washer Gun: The pressure washer gun features an M22-14mm male inlet. Connect your pressure washer hose to this inlet. Ensure a secure, leak-free connection. Teflon tape can be used for a tighter seal if needed.
  2. Attach Nozzle Tips: The gun has a universal 1/4" quick connector outlet. To attach a spray nozzle tip or the turbo nozzle, pull back the collar on the quick connector, insert the desired nozzle, and release the collar to lock it in place. Ensure the nozzle is firmly seated before operation.

Operating Instructions

Proper operation ensures effective cleaning and extends product life.

Using the Spray Nozzle Tips

The kit includes five color-coded quick-connect spray nozzle tips, each designed for a specific spray pattern and application:

  • Red (0°): Pin-point jet for intense cleaning of small, tough spots. Use with extreme caution as it can damage surfaces.
  • Yellow (15°): Narrow fan spray for concentrated cleaning of hard surfaces like concrete or brick.
  • Green (25°): Medium fan spray for general cleaning of decks, patios, and driveways.
  • White (40°): Wide fan spray for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces like vehicles, siding, or windows.
  • Black (65°/Soap): Low-pressure wide fan spray for applying detergents or rinsing.

Using the Turbo Nozzle

The turbo nozzle provides a powerful, oscillating jet of water, ideal for cleaning larger, heavily soiled areas. It combines the intensity of a 0° stream with the coverage of a wider fan spray. The internal ceramic ball spins under pressure, creating a conical spray pattern that rotates rapidly.

  • Attach the turbo nozzle to the pressure washer gun's quick connector.
  • Maintain a safe distance from the surface being cleaned, typically 6-12 inches, and move the nozzle steadily.
  • The turbo nozzle is effective for removing stubborn dirt, grime, and mildew from concrete, asphalt, and other durable surfaces.

  • Storage: Store the gun and nozzles in a clean, dry place, protected from freezing temperatures.
  • Inspect Connections: Periodically check all connections for wear or damage. Replace worn O-rings or fittings as necessary to prevent leaks.

Troubleshooting

Here are some common issues and their solutions:

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No water flow or low pressure from nozzle.Clogged nozzle tip; insufficient water supply; air in the system.Clean the nozzle tip; ensure adequate water supply to the pressure washer; purge air from the system by running water through the gun without a nozzle until flow is steady.
Water leaking from connections.Loose connections; worn O-rings; damaged fittings.Tighten all connections; inspect and replace worn O-rings; replace damaged fittings.
Turbo nozzle not rotating.Clogged internal mechanism; insufficient pressure.Flush the turbo nozzle with clean water; ensure your pressure washer meets the minimum PSI requirement for the turbo nozzle.
