Setup and Installation
1. Prepare the Installation Area
Choose a level, stable location for the filter pump, preferably on solid ground and close to the pool. Ensure the area is dry and protected from direct sunlight and moisture.

2. Connect Hoses to the Pump
Connect the corrugated hoses to the pump's inlet and outlet ports. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

3. Connect Hoses to the Pool
Attach the other ends of the hoses to the corresponding inlet and outlet fittings on your above-ground pool. The pump's inlet hose connects to the pool's lower fitting (suction), and the outlet hose connects to the pool's upper fitting (return).

4. Install Filter Cartridge
Open the filter pump's lid and insert the Type IV-B filter cartridge. Ensure it is seated correctly before closing and securing the lid.

Operating Instructions
1. Prime the Pump
Before starting the pump, ensure the pool is filled with water and all air is purged from the system. Open the air release valve on top of the filter pump until water flows out, then close it.
