4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled and placed in your desired configuration, the fan is ready for operation.
- Power Connection: Plug the fan's power cord into a standard 127V AC electrical outlet.
- Power On/Speed Selection: Use the push-button control located on the fan unit to turn the fan on and select your desired speed. The fan offers 3 speed settings (Low, Medium, High). Press the button repeatedly to cycle through the speeds and turn off the fan.
- Oscillation Function: To activate the oscillation feature, press down the oscillation knob located on top of the motor housing. The fan head will then sweep from side to side, distributing air over a wider area. To stop oscillation and direct airflow in a fixed direction, pull the knob up. The oscillation angle is approximately 90 degrees.
- Tilt Adjustment: The fan head can be tilted up or down to direct airflow. Loosen the tilt adjustment knob on the side of the fan head, adjust to the desired angle, and then tighten the knob to secure it.
- Height Adjustment (Pedestal Mode): In pedestal mode, the fan's height can be adjusted. Loosen the height adjustment collar on the pole, raise or lower the fan to the desired height, and then securely tighten the collar.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and extend the life of your fan.
- Always unplug the fan from the power source before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish.
- Grill and Blade Cleaning: To clean the fan blades and inside the grills, you may need to remove the front grill. Refer to the assembly instructions for grill removal. Use a soft cloth or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris from the blades and grills. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling and operating the fan.
- Motor: The motor is permanently lubricated and requires no additional lubrication.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the fan in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and damage.
