- Formatting: For optimal compatibility, FAT32 is preferred for small-capacity drives. For large-capacity drives, exFAT format is recommended. If you need to change the format, back up all data before formatting to prevent data loss.
- Physical Care: The aluminum alloy casing is designed for durability. Avoid excessive force or exposure to extreme temperatures and moisture.

- Flash Drive Not Recognized (iPhone/iPad): Uninstall the "ROSPE" app, restart your device, and then manually download and reinstall the app from the App Store.
- Flash Drive Not Recognized (Android): Verify that your phone's OTG function is enabled in the settings.
- Connection Issues: A phone case may obstruct the proper connection. Try removing the phone case to ensure a secure fit.
- Capacity Discrepancy: The displayed capacity may appear slightly lower than the nominal 256GB due to differences in calculation methods (decimal 1GB=1000MB vs. binary 1GB=1024MB). This is normal and does not indicate a defect.
- DRM Protected Files: Media files downloaded from iTunes or other third-party applications with Digital Rights Management (DRM) protection cannot be transferred or viewed on the flash drive.
