Setup
1. SIM Card and SD Card Installation
The viqee C24 supports dual SIM cards and a dedicated micro SD card slot for expandable storage. Ensure the device is powered off before inserting or removing cards.

- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the SIM card ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
- Place your Nano-SIM cards into the designated SIM1 and SIM2 slots.
- Place the micro SD card (up to 256GB supported) into the dedicated SD card slot.
- Carefully push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
2. Initial Charging
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device. Connect the provided data cable to the phone's charging port and the charger head, then plug the charger into a power outlet.
3. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (located on the side of the phone) until the viqee logo appears on the screen.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears. Select "Power off" and confirm.
