2. Safety Instructions

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the inverter and connected devices:

  • Do not open the inverter casing. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
  • Keep the inverter away from water, moisture, and flammable materials.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the inverter to prevent overheating. Do not block the cooling vents.
  • Connect the inverter only to a 12V DC power source. Connecting to a 24V or higher DC source will damage the unit.

The LCD provides critical operational information at a glance:

  1. Battery Capacity: Indicates the remaining charge in your 12V battery.
  2. Battery Voltage: Displays the current DC input voltage.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Choosing a Location

Select a location for the inverter that is:

  • Dry and protected from water.
  • Well-ventilated to allow heat dissipation.
  • Away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Securely mounted to prevent movement.

4.2 Connecting to a 12V DC Power Source

Use the provided battery connection cables for safe and efficient power transfer.

  1. Ensure the inverter's power switch is in the "OFF" position.
  2. Connect the red battery cable to the positive (+) terminal of your 12V battery.
  3. Connect the other end of the red cable to the positive (+) terminal on the inverter.
  4. Connect the black battery cable to the negative (-) terminal of your 12V battery.
  5. Connect the other end of the black cable to the negative (-) terminal on the inverter.
  6. Ensure all connections are tight and secure. Loose connections can cause overheating and damage.

The provided battery cables are approximately 50cm (19.7 inches) long. Ensure your battery is within this range or use appropriate extensions if necessary, maintaining proper gauge for the current draw.

4.3 Remote Control Setup

The wireless remote control allows for convenient operation from a distance.

  1. Open the battery compartment on the remote control.
  2. Insert one MN21 battery (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment.
  4. The remote control is now ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On the Inverter

  1. After ensuring all DC connections are secure, switch the inverter's main power switch to the "ON" position.
  2. The LCD display will illuminate, showing the current battery voltage and other operational parameters.
  3. You can also use the wireless remote control to turn the inverter ON/OFF.

5.2 Connecting AC Appliances

The inverter provides 3 AC outlets and 4 USB ports.

  • Plug your 230V AC appliances into the AC outlets. Ensure the total power consumption does not exceed 3000W.
  • Connect your USB-powered devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) to the 5V/2.4A USB ports.
  • The LCD will update to show the load capacity as appliances draw power.
  • The inverter features a soft start function to protect your appliances during power-up.

5.3 Powering Off the Inverter

  1. Before powering off, disconnect all AC appliances and USB devices.
  2. Switch the inverter's main power switch to the "OFF" position.
  3. If storing the inverter, disconnect it from the 12V DC power source.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Periodically wipe the exterior of the inverter with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Ventilation: Ensure the cooling vents are free from dust and obstructions. Clean them gently with compressed air if necessary.
  • Connections: Regularly check battery cable connections for tightness and corrosion. Clean any corrosion with a wire brush and baking soda solution.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the inverter in a cool, dry place, disconnected from the battery.

7. Troubleshooting
