1. Introduction

4. Setup
4.1. Battery and TF Card Installation

5.1. Power On/Off
To power on or off the device, long press the Power Button. The display will activate or deactivate accordingly.
5.2. Day & Night Use
The device supports both day and night observation. For daytime use, ensure the infrared (IR) illuminator is turned off. For nighttime use, turn the IR illuminator on to enhance visibility in dark conditions.

5.3. IR Adjustment
The infrared illuminator has 7 adjustable levels. Use short presses on the IR+ and IR- buttons to cycle through these levels, optimizing visibility based on ambient light conditions.

5.4. Digital Zoom
The device features a powerful 10X digital zoom. To zoom in or out, long press the IR+ or IR- buttons respectively. This allows for closer observation of distant objects.

5.5. Shooting Mode (Photo & Video)
- To take a photo: In observation mode, short press the SNAP button.
- To record a video: Long press the MENU button to start recording. Short press the MENU button again to stop recording.
5.6. Playback Mode
To enter playback mode, short press the MENU button. Use the IR+ and IR- buttons to browse through captured photos and videos. To play a video, short press the SNAP button when the video is selected.
5.7. Setting Mode
From playback mode, short press the MENU button to enter the settings menu. Use the IR+ and IR- buttons to scroll through options and short press the SNAP button to confirm selections. To exit the settings menu, short press the MENU button.
5.8. Brightness Adjustment
Short press the brightness button (often integrated with the power button or a dedicated button, refer to Figure 3 for exact location) to cycle through the brightness levels.
5.9. Connecting to a Computer
You can connect the Night Vision Goggles to a computer using the provided USB Type-C cable to view captured photos and videos on a larger screen. The device is compatible with Windows Vista/XP/7/8/10/11 and MacOS X 11.0 or higher. Note that it may not be compatible with Apple laptops featuring only Type-C interfaces without an adapter.
