Basic Operation
- Power On: Place induction-compatible cookware on a cooking zone. Touch the power symbol (U) to turn on the cooktop.
- Select Zone: Touch the desired cooking zone control.
- Adjust Power: Use the '+' and '-' controls or slide the power level indicator to set the desired heat level. The digital display will show the current power setting.
- Power Off: Touch the power symbol (U) for the specific zone to turn it off, or hold the main power button to turn off the entire cooktop.

Power Management Function
Due to 115V operation, the cooktop has a power management function that limits the overall output to 1800W. If both elements are in use and the combined power demand exceeds 1800W, the cooktop will automatically reduce the power level of the element that is not currently being adjusted to maintain the total power within limits.
