Setup

3. Place the rinsed rice into the removable inner pot.
4. Add the appropriate amount of water according to the Rice Cooking Chart below. For 1.5 cups of uncooked rice, add 2.5 cups of water.
5. Place the inner pot back into the rice cooker housing.
6. Close the tempered glass lid securely.
7. Plug the power cord into a standard 120 Volt AC outlet. The orange indicator light (WARM) will illuminate.
8. Press down the COOK switch. The red indicator light (COOK) will illuminate, indicating that cooking has begun.
9. Once the rice is cooked, the unit will automatically switch to the WARM mode, and the orange indicator light will come on.
10. Allow the rice to steam for at least 15 minutes after the switch pops up to further enhance texture. Do not open the lid during this time.
11. After steaming, remove the lid and fluff the rice with the serving spoon before serving.
