Important Safety Warnings

WARNING: This product is not for sleep or unsupervised use. Stay near and watch baby during use. Never leave infant unattended. Never use on soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as seat may tip over and cause suffocation.

FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered head injuries falling from product.

• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER lift or carry baby in product.
• STOP using product when baby starts trying to sit up or has reached 9KG, whichever comes first.
• The upright position is only for children who have developed enough upper body control to sit up without tipping forward.
• ALWAYS place product on floor. Never use on any elevated surface.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated when seats tipped over on soft surfaces.

• NEVER use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or other soft surface.
• Stay near and watch baby during use. This product is not safe for sleep or unsupervised use. If baby falls asleep, remove baby as soon as possible and place baby on a firm, flat sleep surface such as a crib or bassinet.

1. Setup & Assembly

The LAREX Baby Swing is designed for easy assembly. Follow these steps to set up your swing:

1. Base Assembly: Connect the two parts of the base and secure them.
2. Attach Seat: Securely attach the seat unit to the assembled base. Ensure it clicks into place.
3. Power Connection: Plug the swing into a standard electrical outlet using the provided original adapter. The plug-in option helps save on batteries.
4. Unlock Swing Function: Before using the swing function, push the button located under the front of the swing base upwards to unlock it. If the button is locked, the swing function will not work properly.

The lightweight and detachable design allows for simple storage and portability.

2. Operating Instructions

Your LAREX Baby Swing offers multiple features to soothe and entertain your baby.

2.1. Swing Speeds

The swing features 5 adjustable swing speeds. The gentle side-to-side motion simulates the feeling of being held. You can adjust the speed using the touch panel on the base or the remote control.

2.2. Melodies & Bluetooth

The swing includes 10 built-in melodies to help calm your baby. Additionally, you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to play your baby's favorite music or sounds.

To play built-in melodies: Press the music button on the control panel or remote. Use the next/previous track buttons to cycle through the 10 melodies.

To connect via Bluetooth: Activate Bluetooth on your device and select "LAREX Swing" from the available devices. Once connected, you can play audio from your device through the swing's speakers.

Adjusting Volume: Use the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons on the control panel or remote to adjust the audio level.

2.3. Timer Settings

You can set the swing to operate for a specific duration using the timer function. Available settings are 8, 15, or 30 minutes.

To set the timer: Press the timer button on the control panel or remote to cycle through the available time options.

2.4. Remote Control

The included remote control provides convenient two-way operation, allowing you to adjust settings without disturbing your baby.

The remote allows control over power, swing speed, music selection, volume, and timer settings.

Note: Ensure the remote has working batteries for optimal performance.

2.5. Harness System

The 3-point harness ensures your baby's safety while in the swing. Always ensure the harness is snugly adjusted around your baby.

3. Maintenance & Care

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your LAREX Baby Swing.

3.1. Cleaning the Seat Pad & Pillow

The reversible plush seat pad and pillow are machine washable for easy cleaning. This allows for quick cleanup of spills or messes.

Washing Instructions: Remove the seat pad and pillow from the swing. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry.

3.2. Mosquito Net with Canopy

The swing includes a mosquito net with a canopy to protect your baby from insects and provide shade. This is particularly useful when using the swing outdoors.

The canopy and net can be easily attached or detached as needed. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

• Swing not working: Ensure the swing function is unlocked by pushing the button under the front of the base upwards. Verify the power adapter is securely plugged into both the swing and a working electrical outlet. Ensure you are using the original adapter.
• No sound/music: Check the volume settings on both the swing's control panel/remote and your connected Bluetooth device (if applicable). Ensure Bluetooth is correctly paired.
• Remote control not responding: Check and replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the swing.
• Unstable or unusual movement: Ensure the swing is placed on a firm, flat surface. Verify all assembly connections are secure. Do not use on soft surfaces like beds or sofas.
