3. Setup and Installation

This mirror can be installed vertically or horizontally. Ensure you have the necessary tools and follow local electrical codes.

3.1 Mounting the Mirror

1. Determine the desired orientation (vertical or horizontal) and location for your mirror.
2. Mark the positions for the two hanging plates on the wall. Use a level to ensure accuracy.
3. Drill pilot holes and insert appropriate wall anchors (not included, choose based on wall material).
4. Secure the hanging plates to the wall.
5. Carefully lift the mirror and hang it onto the secured plates.

3.2 Power Connection

The mirror offers two power connection options:

• Option 1: Plug-in: Connect the mirror's power cord directly to a standard electrical outlet.
• Option 2: Hard-wired: For a seamless look, the mirror can be hard-wired directly into your home's electrical system. This option requires cutting the plug off the power cord and connecting the wires to a junction box. Professional electrician suggested for hard-wiring.

4. Operating Instructions

The mirror features intuitive touch controls located on the mirror surface.

4.1 Power ON/OFF and Brightness Adjustment

• Power ON/OFF: Briefly touch the power button icon to turn the lights on or off.
• Brightness Adjustment: When the lights are on, long press the power button icon for 3 seconds to cycle through stepless brightness levels (10% to 100%). Release when the desired brightness is reached.

4.2 Color Temperature Change

• Briefly touch the 'Light Button' icon to cycle through the three color temperature options: Warm (3000K), Natural (4000K), and White (6000K).

4.3 Anti-Fog Function

• Briefly touch the anti-fog button icon to activate the defogger.
• The defogger will heat the mirror surface to a stable 40-45°C within 1-2 minutes, clearing any mist.
• Touch the button again to deactivate the anti-fog function.

4.4 Memory Function

• The mirror is equipped with a smart memory function that automatically recalls your last used brightness and color temperature settings when powered on.

• Cleaning the Mirror: Use a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror surface, to prevent liquid from seeping into the electrical components.
• Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the mirror surface or frame finish.
• Frame Care: The aluminum alloy frame is rustproof. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust.
• Electrical Components: Ensure the mirror is completely dry before reconnecting power after cleaning.
