2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the dehydrator and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all removable parts (trays, mesh screens, fruit roll sheet) in warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior and exterior of the dehydrator with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
- Placement: Place the dehydrator on a stable, heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit. Do not block the rear fan vent.
- Power Connection: Unwind the power cord from the bottom cord storage compartment. Plug the appliance into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

General Dehydration Process:
- Prepare Food: Wash and slice your desired food items to a uniform thickness. For best results, slices should be consistent to ensure even drying.
