Maintenance

1. SD Card Maintenance

Regularly format your micro SD card (at least once a month) using the GKU GO app to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption. This helps ensure smooth recording and extends the lifespan of the card.

The GKU D900 Dash Cam is designed for extreme durability and reliable performance in various temperatures, operating from -4℉ to 158℉ (-20℃ to 70℃). Avoid exposing the device to temperatures outside this range for prolonged periods to prevent damage.

3. Cleaning

To clean the dash cam lenses and display, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the lenses or damage the device.
