2. Position Turbine: Place the wind turbine vertically. Avoid the bottom flange from crushing the output wire. Note that the upper cover plate of the wind turbine does not need to be tightened initially. The blades can be adjusted upwards or downwards during installation.
3. Connect Bracket to Blade: Connect each support bracket to a fan blade using bolts. Preload the upper cover plate and lower cover plate.
4. Secure Bolts: Fix the bolts in the mounting holes at the end of each wind blade from the outside. Preload them.
5. Tighten All Bolts: Tighten all bolts of the blades and brackets. Toggle the blades to ensure there is no abnormal noise or jamming. Tighten the adjusting nut (which fixes the upper cover plate of the wind turbine) to secure the upper cover plate.
6. Align Flange: Align the flange hole of the wind generator with the flange hole on the tower pole. Put on flat washers and spring washers, then tighten the nuts.
