4. Setup
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the endoscope using the provided Type-C cable and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show the charging status.
- Insert TF Card: Locate the TF card slot on the side of the main unit. Gently insert the provided 32GB TF card until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually located on the handle or main unit) for a few seconds until the display screen illuminates.

7. Troubleshooting
- Device does not power on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a power source using the Type-C cable and try again. If the issue persists, try resetting the device using the reset pinhole. - No image on screen:
Check if the probe is securely connected. Ensure the device is powered on. If the screen is blank, the battery might be critically low. - Image is blurry:
Ensure the camera lens is clean. The optimal focal range is 3-10 cm. Adjust the distance between the probe tip and the object. - Cannot take photos/videos:
Check if the TF card is inserted correctly and has sufficient free space. The TF card might be full or corrupted. Try formatting the card (this will erase all data). - Probe articulation is stiff or unresponsive:
Ensure no debris is obstructing the articulation mechanism. Do not force the articulation. If the issue persists, contact customer support. - Device overheats:
