Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds. The charging case features a 2000mAh battery, providing up to 36 hours of total playback time for the earbuds.

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
• The intelligent LED display on the case will show the current battery level during charging.
• Ensure both earbuds are placed correctly in the charging case. They will charge automatically when the case is powered.
• A full charge of the case can provide up to 8 recharges for the earbuds, offering 6-8 hours of use per earbud charge.

2. Pairing with a Device

The earbuds utilize Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable and efficient connection.

• Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on, indicated by a flashing blue light. Alternatively, press and hold each earbud for 3 seconds until the blue indicator light flashes.
• On your mobile device (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S10/S10e/S10+/S10 Plus/10 5G/Lite), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
• Search for available devices and select "F9" from the list.
• Once connected, the earbuds will prompt "Connected".
• The earbuds support complete binaural separation design, allowing them to be switched between single and dual operation freely.

3. Selecting Earbud Tips

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the earbud tips that best fit your ears. Two sizes (Small, Large) are included.

• Gently remove the pre-installed earbud tips.
• Select the size that provides a snug, comfortable seal in your ear canal.
• Press the new tips firmly onto the earbuds until they are securely attached.

Cleaning Your Earbuds

• For earwax or debris in the earbud tips, gently remove the tips and clean them with a mild soap solution, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the charging case in water.

Water Resistance

The earbuds are rated IPX4 water resistant, meaning they are protected from splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for daily use, including light rain and sweating during exercise.

Important: The charging case is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposing the charging case to water or excessive moisture.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then remove them to re-initiate pairing mode.
  • Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
  • Forget "F9" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out simultaneously. They should automatically connect to each other.
• Poor sound quality or disconnections:
  • Ensure earbuds are fully charged.
  • Check for interference from other wireless devices.
  • Ensure your device is within the effective Bluetooth range (approximately 50 feet).
  • Clean the earbud tips and speaker mesh to remove any obstructions.
• Charging case not charging:
