Setup Guide
The HW11 headset offers broad compatibility across various gaming platforms. Follow the instructions below for your specific device.
Connecting to PC/Laptop/Mac
For PC, Laptop, or Mac, use the included 1-to-2 3.5mm audio jack splitter cable. Connect the single end of the splitter to the headset's 3.5mm jack, and then connect the two split ends to the corresponding audio input (microphone) and audio output (headphone) ports on your computer.
Note on RGB Lighting: The USB connector on the headset is solely for powering the RGB lighting. Plug it into any available USB port on your device to activate the lights. It does not transmit audio.

Connecting to PS4/PS5/Nintendo Switch/Mobile/Tablet
For PlayStation consoles (PS4, PS5), Nintendo Switch, mobile phones, or tablets, simply plug the headset's 3.5mm audio jack directly into the controller's or device's audio port. The splitter cable is not required for these devices.
Connecting to Xbox Series X/S/Xbox One
Plug the headset's 3.5mm audio jack directly into your Xbox controller. For older Xbox controllers that may not have a 3.5mm jack, a separate adapter (not included) is required for connection.
Operating Instructions
Audio Control
The headset features an integrated volume control wheel and a microphone mute switch on the left earcup. Use the wheel to adjust the audio volume up or down. Flip the switch to quickly mute or unmute your microphone during gameplay or calls.

Microphone Usage
The noise-canceling unidirectional microphone can be adjusted for optimal voice pickup. Gently bend the microphone arm to position it closer to your mouth for clear communication. To mute the microphone, use the dedicated mute switch on the earcup.
