Operating Instructions

Washing Process

The Mercury Plus 3.0 offers two washing modes:

  • With Washing Basket: For models removed from the build plate. Place the printed model directly into the washing basket.
  • Suspended Washing: For washing models directly on the build plate. Attach the build plate to the adjustable support and suspend it in the washing bucket. This prevents direct contact with uncured resin.
  1. Place the washing bucket with the cleaning agent onto the machine base.
  2. Insert the washing basket with your model(s) or suspend the build plate with the model(s) into the bucket.
  3. Close the lid of the washing bucket securely.
  4. Select the "Wash" mode on the control panel.
  5. Adjust the washing time using the timer controls (up to 30 minutes).
  6. Press the Start button to begin the washing cycle. The machine will create a powerful vortex to clean the models.
  7. Once the cycle is complete, carefully remove the models and allow them to dry.

  3. Place your dried, washed model(s) on the center of the turntable.
  4. Cover the machine with the UV-blocking cover.
  5. Select the "Cure" mode on the control panel.
  6. Adjust the curing time using the timer controls (up to 30 minutes).
  7. Press the Start button to begin the curing cycle. The turntable will rotate, and UV lights will activate for 360-degree curing.
  8. The machine will automatically pause if the UV cover is removed during operation.
  9. Once the cycle is complete, remove the fully cured models.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Machine Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
  • UV Lamp Maintenance: Keep the UV lamps and Fresnel lens clean for optimal curing performance.
