1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the GONEO Wallbox 11kW 16A EV Charging Station. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of your charging station. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use, and keep it for future reference.

The GONEO Wallbox is designed to provide reliable and fast charging for electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) equipped with a Type 2 charging port. It features 11kW charging power, a 5-meter Type 2 charging cable, RFID card access, Wi-Fi connectivity for app control, and robust IP65 and IK10 protection ratings.

2. Safety Information

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage:

  • Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes and regulations.
  • Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or modify the charging station.
  • Ensure the charging station is properly grounded.
  • Do not use the charging station if the cable or connector is damaged.
  • Keep children away from the charging station during operation.
  • Avoid contact with water or other liquids during charging, unless the product is specifically designed for such conditions (IP65 rated for outdoor use).
  • The charging station is equipped with multiple safety protections including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, leakage, grounding, lightning, and short-circuit protection.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Mounting the Wallbox

The GONEO Wallbox features a front-mounted cable design for flexible and convenient installation. Cables are routed from the bottom, simplifying connection after the main unit is installed.

  1. Drill Fixing Holes: Mark and drill holes on the wall according to the wall mount bracket.
  2. Fix Wall-hanging Accessories and Wallbox: Secure the wall mount bracket and then attach the Wallbox to it.
  3. Open the Cover: Access the wiring compartment by opening the front cover.

4.2 SIM Card Installation

Follow these steps to install the SIM card for network connectivity:

  1. Use a screwdriver to remove the security screw and open the decorative cover.
  2. Remove all fixing screws from the wiring cover.
  3. Locate the SIM card holder and gently pull it out.
  4. Place the SIM card into the holder.
  5. Insert the SIM card holder back into the SIM slot.
  6. Reinstall the wire cover and decorative cover, ensuring all screws are tightened.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 App Control

The GONEO Wallbox supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet connections for flexible network access. Download the 'Goneo' application on Android or Apple devices to manage your charging station.

  • Scheduled Charging: Set charging schedules to optimize costs during off-peak hours.
  • Remote Control: Remotely start and stop charging sessions.
  • Monitoring: View charging status, power consumption, and monthly data comparisons.
  • Notifications: Receive reminders for completed charging or incorrect plug-ins.

To connect to the Wallbox's Wi-Fi, ensure the device is powered on and connect within 3 minutes. If the device is not found, restart it.

5.3 Charging Status Indicators
