5. Setup

5.1 Initial Placement

Place the air cooler on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow (at least 20 cm from walls or furniture).

5.2 Filling the Water Tank

  1. Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
  2. Pull out the water tank from the bottom rear of the unit.
  3. Fill the tank with clean tap water, ensuring the water level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' indicators. Do not overfill.
  4. For enhanced cooling, place the two included ice packs (after freezing them) into the water tank.
  5. Carefully push the water tank back into its position until it clicks securely.

Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50Hz).

The air cooler can be operated via the touch control panel on the unit or the remote control.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air cooler.

7.1 Cleaning the Air Filter

The air filter should be cleaned regularly, especially if the unit is used frequently.

  1. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
  2. Locate the air filter at the rear of the unit. Loosen the two screws at the top of the filter cover.
  3. Remove the filter cover and carefully pull out the air filter.
  4. Clean the filter with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, rinse with water and mild detergent, then allow to air dry completely before reinserting.
  5. Reinsert the dry filter and secure the cover with the screws.

7.2 Cleaning the Water Tank

To prevent mold and bacteria growth, clean the water tank regularly.

  1. Unplug the appliance.
  2. Remove the water tank as described in the Setup section.
  3. Empty any remaining water.
  4. Clean the tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  5. Allow the tank to air dry completely before reinserting.

7.3 General Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

7.4 Storage

If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure the water tank is empty and clean, and the unit is dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
