Setup
Attaching the External Battery to your PS5 Controller
- Ensure your PS5 DualSense controller is clean and free of debris around the Type-C port.
- Align the Type-C connector of the external battery with the Type-C port on your PS5 controller.
- Gently push the external battery onto the controller until it is securely seated. The battery should click into place or feel firmly attached. Do not force it.

Operating Instructions
Charging the External Battery and Controller
The external battery charges simultaneously with the PS5 controller when connected to a power source via the Type-C cable. The battery features an LED indicator to show its charge status.
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the external battery's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the Type-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a PS5 console USB port.
- The LED indicator on the external battery will illuminate to show charging status.
- Once fully charged, the LED indicator will change or turn off (refer to specific LED behavior below).
