Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your ICEPURE 6-in-1 Water Dispenser with Ice Maker, Model YD-ZB007. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the appliance and retain it for future reference.

The ICEPURE 6-in-1 Water Dispenser offers multiple functionalities including dual water filtration, dispensing water at room temperature, cold, and hot temperatures, and producing both bullet ice and crushed ice.

Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when operating electrical appliances. This appliance includes a child-safety lock feature to prevent accidental dispensing of hot water or ice. Ensure children are supervised when near the dispenser.

To activate or deactivate functions like hot water, cold water, room temperature water, and ice making, press and hold the corresponding button for 5 seconds.

Setup

Unpacking and Placement

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials.
  • Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

Water Bottle Installation

  1. Open the bottom door of the dispenser.
  2. Insert the 3-5 gallon water bottle into the compartment.
  3. Connect the 304 stainless steel water pipe to the water bottle cap. Ensure a secure fit to prevent leaks.
  4. Close the bottom door. The magnetic door ensures a tight closure.

Filter Cartridge Installation

The dispenser uses a superior 2-stage filter cartridge system for water purification.

  1. Locate the filter compartment, typically behind the bottom door or a dedicated access panel.
  2. Insert the Stage 1 PP Filter, which removes 5-micron precision sediment, rust, and particles.
  3. Insert the Stage 2 CTO Filter, designed to remove organics, chlorine, odors, and discoloration.
  4. Ensure filters are securely seated. Refer to the filter replacement section for detailed instructions on filter changes.

Operating Instructions

Power On

Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The indicator lights on the control panel will illuminate.

Water Dispensing

The dispenser provides water at three different temperatures: room temperature, cold, and hot.

  • Room Temperature Water (approx. 77.0°F): Press the corresponding button to dispense. Ideal for infant drinking.
  • Cold Water (approx. 32.0°F): Press the cold water button. Cold water is achieved in approximately 5 minutes.
  • Hot Water (approx. 212.0°F): Press the hot water button. Use caution as water is very hot. Suitable for coffee, tea, or milk.
  • Place your cup under the faucet and press the desired water dispensing button. Release the button to stop dispensing.

Ice Making and Dispensing

The dispenser can produce bullet-shaped ice cubes and crushed ice.

  • Ice Production: Press the ice making button. Ice cubes are ready in approximately 5-8 minutes. The built-in intelligent sensing program automatically stops ice production when the ice-storing room is full.
  • Ice Dispensing: Place your cup under the ice dispenser and press the ice dispensing button. The blue LED light can assist in fetching ice cubes at night.
  • Crushed Ice: If your model supports crushed ice, select the crushed ice option on the control panel before dispensing.

Smart Remote Control (TUYA App)

The dispenser can be controlled remotely via the TUYA app. Refer to the separate TUYA app setup guide for detailed instructions on connecting and using the app. This feature allows you to turn the machine on or off from anywhere.

Maintenance

Filter Replacement

Regular filter replacement is crucial for maintaining water quality. The filter elements should be replaced every 6 months or after 1500 gallons of use, whichever comes first.

  1. Turn off and unplug the dispenser.
  2. Access the filter compartment.
  3. Twist and pull out the old filter cartridges.
  4. Insert new filter cartridges, ensuring they are properly seated and twisted into place.
  5. Run several liters of water through the dispenser to flush the new filters before consumption.

Cleaning

  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Drip Tray: The removable stainless steel drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene.
  • Water Shortage Reminder: The dispenser features a water shortage reminder. When activated, replace the empty water bottle with a new full bottle of drinkable water.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ICEPURE water dispenser, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
