4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Enerwow P400 Power Bank. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity.
4.2 Charging the Power Bank
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C input/output port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.
- The digital LED display will show the charging progress, indicating the battery percentage increasing.
- Once the display shows "100%", the power bank is fully charged. Disconnect the cable.

4.3 Checking Battery Level
Press the power button once to activate the digital LED display, which will show the current battery percentage.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Charging Your Devices
- Connect your device's charging cable to one of the available output ports (USB-A or USB-C) on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The digital LED display will show the power bank's remaining charge.
- To stop charging, simply disconnect your device from the power bank.

5.2 Flashlight Function
To activate the built-in LED flashlight, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds. Repeat the action to turn off the flashlight.

6. Maintenance
- Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the power bank. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, fully charge the power bank at least once every three months if not in regular use. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
- Avoid Impacts: Do not drop or subject the power bank to strong impacts, as this may damage internal components.

- Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to the power bank's input port and the wall adapter/USB source.
- Try using a different charging cable or a different wall adapter/USB source.

7.3 Slow Charging
- Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable and wall adapter for optimal speed.
- Check if your device supports fast charging.
