Care and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your bottle warmer.

Daily Cleaning:

  1. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Empty any remaining water from the warming chamber.
  3. Wipe the interior and exterior of the warming chamber with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
  4. Clean the anti-scald basket with warm soapy water and rinse.
  5. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or solvents, as these may damage the unit.

Descaling (Monthly or as needed):

Mineral deposits (limescale) can build up in the warming chamber, especially in areas with hard water. Descaling regularly is important for efficient operation.

  1. Mix 2 oz (60ml) of white vinegar with 4 oz (120ml) of cold water.
  2. Pour the solution into the warming chamber.
  3. Plug in the unit and turn it on to the "Sterilize" mode for 5-10 minutes, or until the solution is hot.
  4. Unplug the unit and let the solution sit in the chamber for 30 minutes, or until the limescale dissolves.
  5. Pour out the solution and rinse the chamber thoroughly with clean water multiple times to remove any vinegar residue.
  6. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
