- NEVER use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact customer support for replacement parts.
- Discontinue use when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, or has reached the maximum weight of 20 lbs (9 kg), or is 5 months old, whichever comes first.
- Keep small parts away from children during assembly.
- Always engage wheel locks when the bassinet is stationary.
- When used as a bedside sleeper, ensure the bassinet is securely attached to the adult bed using the provided straps. The adult mattress must be flush with the bassinet's drop-down side.
