Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly set up your SUNVIE Low Voltage Landscape Transformer:
- Mounting the Transformer: Use the provided metal mounting plate and concrete anchors to securely mount the transformer to a wall or suitable surface. Ensure it is placed in a location that allows for proper ventilation and access to a 120V AC power outlet.
- Connecting Landscape Lights:
- Strip approximately 1/2 inch of insulation from the ends of your landscape light wires.
- Insert the stripped wires into the terminal block at the bottom of the transformer. The transformer has two sets of terminal blocks for easy wiring.
- Tighten the screws on the terminal block to secure the wires. Ensure connections are tight and insulation clears the pressure plate.
- The total wattage of connected lights should not exceed 100W.
- Connecting the Photocell Sensor: Plug the photocell sensor's threaded connection into the designated port on the transformer. Ensure it is securely tightened to prevent loose contacts. The 6.8ft cord allows for flexible placement of the sensor outdoors, even if the transformer is installed indoors.
- Powering On: Plug the transformer's power cord into a 120V AC outlet.

Operating Instructions
The SUNVIE transformer offers multiple operating modes for your convenience:
- Manual ON/OFF: Press the control button to manually turn the lights on or off.
- Dusk to Dawn (AUTO): In this mode, the transformer will automatically turn on your lights at dusk and turn them off at dawn, based on the ambient light detected by the photocell sensor.
- Countdown Timer: Select from 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10-hour countdown modes. The lights will turn on at dusk and remain on for the selected duration before automatically turning off.
- Memory Function: The transformer retains the last set mode even after a power outage, ensuring consistent operation without needing to reset.

Maintenance
The SUNVIE 100W Low Voltage Landscape Transformer is designed for durability and minimal maintenance. It is constructed with high-performance, dustproof, and weatherproof materials to withstand various outdoor conditions, including sun exposure and snow. Regularly inspect the unit and connections for any visible damage or debris. Ensure the photocell sensor's weatherproof cover is open for normal operation and clear of obstructions to accurately detect light levels.

Troubleshooting
The transformer is equipped with a built-in automatic circuit breaker for protection. If your lights are not functioning, consider the following:
- No Power/Lights Off: Check if the circuit breaker has tripped due to a short circuit or overload. The transformer will automatically cut off power to protect your fixtures.
- Restoring Operation: After troubleshooting and resolving the issue (e.g., fixing a short, reducing load), the landscape transformer will resume normal operation.
- Photocell Sensor Issues: Ensure the photocell sensor's weatherproof cover is open and that it is not obstructed by dirt, debris, or other objects that might block light detection. The sensor has a 60-second delay to prevent interference from abnormal light sources.
