1. Introduction and Overview

The BUTTONS Air X True Wireless Earbuds are designed to provide a high-fidelity audio experience with advanced features for daily use and travel. These earbuds incorporate custom-tuned 10mm bio-cellulose composite diaphragm drivers for rich sound and Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to reduce ambient noise. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable and secure fit, complemented by intuitive touch controls and extended battery life.

2. What's in the Box

Upon unboxing your BUTTONS Air X True Wireless Earbuds, please ensure all the following components are present:

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

It is recommended to fully charge the earbuds and the charging case before first use. The earbuds may arrive with a completely depleted battery. Place both earbuds into the charging case and connect the case to a power source using the provided USB cable. The charging case has a battery capacity of 500 mAh and takes approximately 2.5 hours for a full charge. A quick 5-minute charge can provide 1 hour of playtime.

3.2 Pairing with a Device

Once charged, remove the earbuds from the case. They should automatically enter pairing mode. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), navigate to the Bluetooth settings and select "BUTTONS AIR X" from the list of available devices. A successful connection will be indicated by an audio prompt or LED indicator on the earbuds.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wearing the Earbuds

The BUTTONS Air X earbuds are designed for an ergonomic and comfortable fit. Select the ear tips that best suit your ear size to ensure optimal sound quality and noise isolation. Each earbud weighs approximately 8g.

4.2 Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing music playback, calls, and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Specific gestures for various functions are detailed in the quick start guide included with your product. For example, tapping the left earbud controls the ANC mode (On/Off/Ambient).

4.3 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The Hybrid ANC feature reduces ambient noise by up to 35dB, providing an immersive listening experience. This function is active when both earbuds are worn. Refer to the touch control section for activating and deactivating ANC.

4.4 Smart Features

The earbuds feature an automatic pause function when a bud is removed from the ear, and playback resumes when it is placed back in.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your BUTTONS Air X earbuds, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
• Ear Tips: Remove and clean the ear tips periodically. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching them to the earbuds.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds have an IPX4 rating, meaning they are resistant to sweat and splashes. They are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain or direct water jets. Dry them thoroughly if they get wet.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.
• Charging: Use only the provided charging cable and a compatible power adapter. Avoid extreme temperatures during charging and storage.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your BUTTONS Air X earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Earbuds Not Charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Verify that the earbuds are correctly seated in the charging case. If the earbuds arrived completely drained, they may require a few minutes in the case before showing charging indicators.
• Pairing Issues: If the earbuds fail to connect or reconnect, try placing them back into the charging case for a few seconds, then remove them to re-initiate pairing mode. If the issue persists, remove the earbuds from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair them.
• One Earbud Not Working: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try placing both earbuds back into the case and then removing them simultaneously. If one earbud consistently fails to produce sound or function, it may indicate a hardware issue.
• Poor Sound Quality/ANC Performance: Ensure the ear tips provide a good seal in your ear canal. An improper fit can significantly affect sound quality and ANC effectiveness. Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles.
• Battery Drains Quickly: Ensure the earbuds and case are fully charged. Battery life can be affected by volume levels and continuous ANC usage. If battery life is significantly shorter than expected, contact customer support.
