5. Maintenance
5.1 Thermal Paper Replacement
When the paper roll is depleted, replace it with a new thermal paper roll. Compatible paper rolls are 57mm wide. While 58mm wide paper can be used, ensure the roll diameter is appropriate (e.g., 40mm diameter) as larger diameters may not fit.
5.2 Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance, periodically clean the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. For the print head, gently wipe with a lint-free cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol, ensuring the device is powered off and disconnected from power.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Blank Content Printed
If the dispenser prints blank tickets, the thermal paper roll may be loaded incorrectly. Refer to Section 3.3 "Loading Thermal Paper" and ensure the thermal (printable) side of the paper is facing the print head.
6.2 Software Issues
If you encounter difficulties with the editing software or content customization, please contact customer support for assistance.
