  • Ensure the fireplace is connected to a 120V outlet with a 6 ft power cable.
  • This linear electric fireplace provides a smog-free and dust-free warm environment.
  • It features a built-in overheat protection system that automatically cuts off power when the temperature reaches 212°F (100°C). This feature enhances safety, especially in households with children and pets.
  • The tempered glass panel is explosion-proof, contributing to a safe home environment.
  • Do not block air inlets or outlets. Maintain proper clearance around the unit.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

5. Installation

The fireplace offers two primary installation methods: wall-mounted and recessed. Choose the method that best suits your space and aesthetic preference.

5.1 Wall-Mounted Installation

  1. Identify a suitable wall location, ensuring it is structurally sound and near a 120V power outlet.
  2. Attach the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate hardware (screws, anchors) ensuring it is level and secure.
  3. Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the installed wall bracket.
  4. Secure the fireplace to the wall using additional screws through designated holes.
  5. Install the tempered glass front panel.
  6. Place your chosen media (logs or crystals) into the plastic tray within the fireplace.

5.2 Recessed Installation

  1. Prepare a wall opening with the exact insert dimensions (76.3"L x 6.6"D x 16.7"H). Ensure there is access to a 120V power outlet within the recess.
  2. Remove the wall-mount bracket from the fireplace unit if it is pre-attached.
  3. Slide the fireplace unit into the prepared wall opening.
  4. Secure the fireplace within the recess using screws through the designated mounting points.
  5. Install the tempered glass front panel.
  6. Place your chosen media (logs or crystals) into the plastic tray within the fireplace.

6. Operation

  • Timer: Set the automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 9 hours.
  • Flame Color: Cycle through 13 different flame colors.
  • Ember Bed Color: Cycle through 13 different fuel bed colors (for crystal/log media).

7. Maintenance

  • Glass Panel: Clean the tempered glass panel with a glass cleaner and a soft cloth to avoid streaks.
  • Air Vents: Periodically check and clean the air inlets and outlets to ensure unobstructed airflow. Dust and debris can accumulate and affect heating efficiency.
  • Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, unplug it and store it in a dry, dust-free location.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your fireplace, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Fireplace does not turn on. No power, power cord not plugged in, main power switch off, or circuit breaker tripped. Check power outlet, ensure cord is securely plugged in, turn on main power switch, reset circuit breaker.
No heat output. Heat function not activated, thermostat set too low, or overheat protection activated. Activate heat function, increase thermostat setting, allow unit to cool down if overheat protection was triggered.
Remote control not working. Dead batteries, remote not pointed correctly, or interference. Replace batteries, ensure clear line of sight to the fireplace sensor, remove any obstructions.
Flame effect not visible. Flame function off, or LED lights malfunction. Activate flame function. If issue persists, contact customer support.
